About Me
Hello! My name is Gabriela Rowinsky and I currently live in sunny Florida. My passion is helping people discover their true worth and define a path toward healing and fulfilment. I graduated college in 2011 with a Master's degree from Adelphi University. With a deep commitment to the work I do, I am here to support you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery.
In my free time, I enjoy lifting weights, being outdoors, spending time with friends and family, trying out new restaurants and traveling. My Italian Greyhound, Gino, often keeps me company on my adventures! See below for his picture!

I approach therapy from an understanding, relatable and nonjudgemental perspective because I’ve been there too-feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and like I’m not enough. I know how hard it can be to make sense of things when anxiety, depression, or trauma is weighing you down. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping people who are ready to confront those struggles and start feeling better. I specialize in working with individuals who are dealing with self-worth issues, anxiety, depression, life transitions and childhood trauma, helping them break free from old patterns and build a healthier, more confident version of themselves.
